This phone package is perfect for those niggling questions where you just want to pick my brain and get some quick answers. We can look at *Clock changes *Nap transitions *Jet leg *Routine After our session I will follow up with an email discussing all the points we had on the phone call so you have this all to hand and can start straight away.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please get in touch via email. Appointments with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund. Appointments with less than 24 hours will receive 50% refund. Appointments with less than 12 hours will receive no refund. Clients who have already received any sleep information from me are no longer entitled to a refund.
