*Our refund policy specifies that you must follow our advice and use our guidance for two weeks before requesting a refund.
*Refusal to follow advice or use follow up support does not constitute a refund as advice has not been implemented.
*Our guarantee covers babies over the age of 3 months. (newborn sleep plans are about hands on settling, and creating healthy sleep habits.)
*We guarantee we can improve your sleep situation while we work with you one on one. You will need to continue to consistently implement any changes suggested by us in order for your success to continue.
*We suggest you follow the routine outlined by your consultant, and check any future changes which are needed in the coming months.
*Gentle sleep guarantee includes strategies which are not defined as cry it out. We do not guarantee silent settling, and no crying as this is your babies own behaviour and we can not guarantee how they will behave with your chosen strategy. Cry it out is defined as leaving your baby to cry in their room alone, until they fall asleep. Gentle sleep strategies take 2-3 weeks to be completed.
*We don't have a one size fits all program we use for one on one consults, with this in mind, know that open communication is the best way to get amazing sleep results from your consultant. The program won't fail you, as we don't have "a program", I have experience and certified consultants ready and able to come up with strategies and solutions to suit your situation and your family.
*Any request to refund due to unsuccessful sleep plans need to be requested within 7 days of the original support being finished.
*Any additional support offered by the consultant is over and above your initial consultation, and acceptance of this extra support is in lieu of any refund requests.
*Please note certain medical conditions will be exempt from our guarantee, these will be explained before you book, these may include conditions such as OSA, ASD, SPD, ADHD, iron decencies, unmediated reflex, or un-diagnosed allergies.
*Your consultant will go above and beyond to assist you and your family to have a successful outcome, please work with us, communicate clearly, and be honest about you expectations throughout the process.
*Your consultant will endeavour to ensure that your requests for routine and sleep training strategies are met, but ultimately your baby may dictate a different approach based on their temperament.
*Remember it is always a balance between what we as parents want, and what will successfully work for your child based on their personality, temperament, age, and stage.
