A more in-depth phone call with an email follow up of our conversation
Service Description
This phone package is perfect for those more detailed questions on your sleep issues. It starts with you filling in an detailed questionnaire so I can get an idea of where to help you and then we will have an hours phone call together and I will answer all those niggling questions and offer solutions as well as sending you an email detailing all the things we spoke about plus any handouts you need to get started on your journey to more sleep. This call can be split into 2 calls, so if we have covered everything we need I will send you all the information and then we can have the other remaining time of the call a week or 2 later to see how you are getting on and answer any other questions you have.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please get in touch via email. Appointments with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund. Appointments with less than 24 hours will receive 50% refund. Appointments with less than 12 hours will receive no refund. Clients who have already received any sleep information from me are no longer entitled to a refund.
