Service Description
At The Dream House, I understand that sometimes you need a little extra support to achieve your goals. That’s why I offer my Extra Support service, providing aftercare assistance via email or phone call to answer any questions and provide feedback to any extra questions you have.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please get in touch via email. Appointments with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund. Appointments with less than 24 hours will receive 50% refund. Appointments with less than 12 hours will receive no refund. Clients who have already received any sleep information from me are no longer entitled to a refund.
