In Home Nap Support

Service Description

Support in your own home with naps, routine and selling techniques to suit your baby. (Essex based - if you are further afield send me a message to see if I can help). What to expect - Before I come to you I will send you a routine to follow for a couple of day so that when I come to your home your little one is on the right track already. We will then talk through everything that's going on and all the settling techniques that I think will suit your little one. I will then support you over the nap time with the settle and resettle and show you what to do. You can choose between 1-3 consecutive days with me to give you optimum support to be able to continue comfortably once I leave. Support includes: * Comprehensive questionnaire * 1 or 2 nap support in your own home * Sleep Plan * Option to include aftercare support (remote support via WhatsApp for 5 days afterwards) My work hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, messages after these times will be answered the next working day.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please get in touch via email. Appointments with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund. Appointments with less than 24 hours will receive 50% refund. Appointments with less than 12 hours will receive no refund. Clients who have already received any sleep information from me are no longer entitled to a refund.
