Service Description

My monthly subscription service includes 2 hours WhatsApp support a month for any questions you have along your sleep journey. 2 hours gives you so much time with me over a month and all messaging will be tracked by the toggle app which you can ask to see at any point. I will help you with answering questions about naps, night sleep, what to do when out and about, what happens if you have an appointment in the middle of a nap timing, clock changes, holiday support and so much more, anything you want to ask you absolutely can, no question is a silly question. Support does not include - settling techniques or routines, these can be bought separately.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please get in touch via email. Appointments with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund. Appointments with less than 24 hours will receive 50% refund. Appointments with less than 12 hours will receive no refund. Clients who have already received any sleep information from me are no longer entitled to a refund.
