This Newborn Workshop takes you through the first 12 weeks of your babies life. It gives you information on everything you need to know during the fourth trimester. 
 
The fourth trimester is a huge phase of growth and development, not just for your little one but also you. I am here to teach you a little about sleep, what occurs during the first 12 weeks, what to expect, how to help settle your baby (it's all hand on funnily enough!), and equip you with some knowledge to empower you on your new journey.
